Signing a top quarterback is always a goal for any program, but it's especially a pressing need for UCF this year since starter Steven Moffett will be a senior this fall. The Golden Knights recently offered one of the state's top prep quarterbacks, Joe Weatherford of Land O'Lakes, and the 6-foot-4 signal caller was in Orlando on Sunday to check out UCF.
