Jones visits 2014 targets

A trio of top 2014 basketball recruiting targets were paid a visit by UCF head coach Donnie Jones on Tuesday.

Earlier in the afternoon, Jones and an assistant met with small forward Justin Gray of Tampa-Berkeley Prep. Last weekend, Gray visited Texas Tech. Trips to Stanford and Harvard have also been scheduled.

Later in the day, Jones made his way back to Orlando to see commitment B.J. Taylor, the point guard at Boone, and Adonys Henriquez, a shooting guard who recently decommitted from Miami.

Henriquez, a star at Orlando Christian Prep, tells ZagsBlog that the Knights are one of two schools currently standing out.

"I think that we would make a good backcourt together, because we both like to score, and he's a very good floor leader," Henriquez said of playing with Taylor. "If I chose to go to UCF, we would try to make it the new Florida, and try to get people to go there."

Since committing in early August, Taylor has tweeted often about his excitement of being a future UCF player.
