Heupel offers two Florida quarterbacks

UCF head coach Josh Heupel greenlighted offers for two of the top Class of 2019 quarterbacks in Florida.
Brian Maurer (Ocala West Port) and Charlie Dean (Tampa Catholic) both tweeted of the offers late Friday morning.
Maurer passed for 2,862 yards and 22 touchdowns as a junior along with 400 yards and six additional touchdowns rushing. The 6-foot-4, 180-pounder has close to 10 offers already, including USF and West Virginia.
Dean, who passed for 1,743 yards and 14 touchdowns, has been offered thus far by Toledo, Western Kentucky, Northern Iowa and Harvard.
UCF is also still searching for a quarterback in the 2018 class having only junior McKenzie Milton and redshirt freshman Darriel Mack Jr. as players on scholarship.
