UCF's top interior defensive line target will be on campus Friday.

Michael Adams, a 6-foot-3, 300-pounder from Chattooga High School in Summerville, Ga., caught the attention of the staff earlier this spring and they've made it clear how much of a priority he is.

"I got the offer from UCF after they saw my film and then when they saw me in person that kind of upped my stock with them a little bit," Adams said earlier this week. "That turned me into their top recruit. They've been telling me how much they love how I move with my size. They think I can come down there and play all four years. They've asked me if I can be ready to play early. They want me to be an early enrollee too."

So far, Adams has communicated most frequently with defensive line coach Mike Dawson, but he's also been messaging back and forth with head coach Scott Frost as well.
