Top WR to see UCF this weekend

Marlon Williams, who was a longtime commitment to USC before breaking ties with the Trojans on Tuesday, announced on Wednesday that he would be taking his first official visit to UCF this weekend.

The wide receiver from Mobile (Ala.) McGill-Toolen says he will meet with UCF offensive coordinator Troy Walters at his school on Friday before heading down on Saturday for the beginning of the official visit.

Visits to LSU (Jan. 20) and Tennessee (Jan. 27) have also been scheduled. Auburn has been in close contact as well.

"I'm looking for a school that really wants me to be there and a school that I can have an opportunity to work for and play my first year," Williams told AuburnSports.com. "I'd like a school that wants to air it out and runs a spread offense."

Williams, who is 6-foot-1 and 205 pounds, had 46 receptions for 996 yards and 13 touchdowns this past season. He added seven more rushing touchdowns as a Wildcat quarterback.
