The UCF Knights are the 2017 American Athletic Conference Baseball Champions.

In a winner-take-all game against rival South Florida, the Knights, led by stellar pitching from starter Joe Sheridan and Jason Bahr, prevailed in a 3-2 contest to take home the regular season crown and No. 1 seed in next week's conference tournament.
