UCF looks to add to class with another visit weekend
After two weeks of canvassing the state and country, UCF coaches will reconvene in Orlando on Friday for the next-to-last visit weekend before National Signing Day.
The class, which currently stands at 19 players, added one last Sunday with the pledge of outside linebacker Stephon Zayas and then subtracted one on Wednesday with the decommitment of quarterback Marvin Washington.
Zayas had long been a target, taking his official visit the second weekend of December. He committed to UCF upon his return from a visit to NC State and then promptly canceled a visit to Pittsburgh which had been scheduled for this upcoming weekend.
As for Washington, he was the first quarterback to commit early last summer but UCF has since added two more in Nebraska's Noah Vedral and Virginia's Darriel Mack.
