Big 12 extends membership to UCF, acceptance forthcoming

Following a Friday morning vote with university presidents, the Big 12 Conference announces they have extended invitations to UCF, BYU, Cincinnati and Houston.

UCF will formally accept the invitation at a meeting of the Board of Trustees, scheduled for 3:15 p.m. A campus press conference will follow shortly thereafter.
