Dolcine: 'UCF feels like home'

The Summer of Commitments continues for UCF, who added No. 12 on Friday with a pledge from Miramar (Fla.) offensive lineman Sebastien Dolcine following his unofficial visit.

"The main reason I wanted to commit is just love the way Coach (Scott) Frost coaches," Dolcine said. "I love the coaching staff. The commits we have, I already have a close bond and friendship. I feel like I already know them. That's a great feeling too. It's a beautiful campus. I love everything about it. The staff is great. It's a great fit. I feel like it's home."

Dolcine said his decision had been made up for quite some time, but he wanted his parents to see everything before making the commitment official. Linebackers coach Jovan Dewitt and offensive line coach Greg Austin led in his recruitment.

"I got to meet all the coaches and a bunch of players today," Dolcine said. "It was great. Talking to Coach Frost and Coach Austin, they said they love the way I'm aggressive inside and I'm also athletic on the outside. I can play both positions, inside and out. They're going to make me the greatest player I can be. I only have two years of experience, this will be my third year. Aggressiveness, that's what they said they love about me."

Favorite part of the tour?

"We went into this room and they had a case full of helmets of past UCF players who have played in the NFL," Dolcine said. "I thought to myself, there's a big tradition to get to the NFL and get an education."

The 6-foot-4, 266-pound Dolcine chooses the Knights over offers from USF, Temple, FAU, FIU, Charlotte and several others.

Dolcine is already thinking about majoring in computer engineering.

"They have a great program over there for computer engineering," Dolcine said. "I just want to be the best player I can be to make it to the NFL. I want to support my wife and kids when I grow up."

He's UCF's third offensive line commit, joining Julio Castillo and Viktor Beach.
