Four-star CB currently on UCF visit

Some major star power is currently on UCF's campus for an official visit.

Miami Northwestern four-star cornerback Divaad Wilson arrived in Orlando on Thursday morning and will check out the Knights before concluding the weekend with an official visit to Louisville.

Wilson has already visited South Carolina, Alabama and Georgia.

Later on Thursday, both Florida State and Michigan extended offers to Wilson, who plans to sign early and be a January enrollee.

Wilson was a prior commitment to Florida, breaking ties with the Gators following the coaching change. His recruiters at UF were Randy Shannon and Corey Bell, both of whom are now on UCF's coaching staff.

UCF is involved with several Northwestern prospects. Demetreius Mayes Jr. has been a longtime commitment and the Knights are also in pursuit of cornerback Nigel Bethel (also a former Florida commit) and running back Davonne "Bo" Kendrick, who was offered Wednesday.

Northwestern won the Class 6A Championship in Orlando last weekend, defeating Seffner-Armwood 21-16.
