UCF will wear "reflective" logo helmets for Saturday's homecoming game against Temple.

The white helmets feature the traditional logo on the left side with the Knightro logo on the other.

Why reflective helmets? It's an homage to UCF's Reflection Pond, the site of the annual Spirit Splash homecoming tradition.

Coach Scott Frost and Director of Football Operations Gerrod Lambrect unveiled video and photos of the helmet on Wednesday afternoon:

No word yet on the full uniform combination, though the school does have black, anthracite and pewter jerseys available for the home rotation. White is the traditional away uniform, though UCF did coordinate with South Carolina State to wear it in the season opener.
